EnglishCurrent provides lesson plans for conversational English classes with a focus on intermediate (B1), upper-intermediate (B2/C1), and advanced levels (C1/C2).
The site has been in operation since 2011 and contains over 220 lesson plans currently (this number increases every week). Virtually all lessons are written by Matthew Barton. Due to time constraints (children, other writing projects), he can no longer dedicate time to creating these lessons for free. Therefore, he asks that institutions and teachers pay a small fee for access to EnglishCurrent's lesson bank.
Membership is $15 USD for a year. This gives you access to all EnglishCurrent lesson plans. These lessons can be downloaded in Microsoft Word format so you can modify them before printing.
